1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Dog World, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
Dog World provides premium veterinary care, grooming, pet boarding, and retail services. While we strive for excellence, all services are subject to scheduling availability and the health condition of your pet.
3. Appointment & Cancellations
Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance. We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to optimize our care for other paw-patients.
4. Pet Health & Safety
For the safety of all pets at our facility, we require that all dogs are up-to-date with core vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a significant health or safety risk to our staff or other animals.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for all services and retail products is due at the time of service or purchase. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital UPI payments.
6. Limitation of Liability
While our team of certified professionals takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, Dog World shall not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances or natural occurrences beyond our control during the provision of grooming or boarding services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, and design elements, is the property of Dog World and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Jharkhand.
